As far as the M20 goes, I think Jordan drew an entire M20 in CAD. At least, he had several parts of it.

Its fact. I never finished the model because I lost the drive to do so... I can post up what I have though. I used Inventor as well (same program used for the S2K engine)

The people that made those cad videos have too much time on there hands. That 5-axis video was awesome, but what were they doing when the block was moving and the drill was in the cylinder?

G3 circular interpolation move (inserted endmill -not drill)
or using a ballnose endmill to finish dimension--using the radius of the tool to leave minimal ridging

this is what I do for a living but for F-22 part and other airframes.
