Just for the record this guy does not deserve a bad rap. Things happen. While some of you go WAY out of your way to ship - I don't expect everyone to do it. I know no one likes excuses - but a bad chain of events led up to this - but hey that's life. I wouldn't bail on a concert to ship someones wheels.

A paypal claim HAS been filed - stating that it will be cancelled when i get money or bumpers. I'm not saying that I believe they are in the mail. I'm not a moron.

If not, you better do the paypal dispute asap, there is only as limiyed time window that you can file..I've been fucked before, and got my $$ back with no problems.

VERY TRUE !! Has it crossed your mind that this guy knows what the paypal policy is and is just buying time with the excuses so that when you do go about file a claim with paypal they can do nothing since the period for refunds as expired. Therefore you lose your money and bumpers. Some people are just plain crooks and the GOD ONES are con artists, making you eat out of their hands while they hit you in the gut with the other hand. I know I can not confirm whay the conversations between you two are but business is business...

As a matter a fact I sold some wheels on ebay last week and when the auction ended I was out of town because of a friend of mine was killed in an car accident. I made a special trip (2.5 hour drive each way) to ship the wheels out since I had a day between family visitation and burial services. I could have easily just put it off a few days but due to my obligations on the auction I always ship out fast.

I get your point - and im not far from asking for my money back. The main reason im not being more of a dick is what I have said many times - I've done this shit before myself. I know how it goes. Sometimes shit just gets messed up. I don't think he's keeping my money or trying to screw me. I'm the only person who can make that call too - none of you have spoken with him.

Do NOT cancel the Pay Pal claim until either the bumpers or your money is in your hand. You can't reopen if promises aren't kept.
