help! dont have instructions for B&M shifter

ok so there is this blue plastic cup around the rod, then the bushings in the botto, 2 o rings on the blue cup, 1 little circlip holding the bottom, and one little on top along with a big one.
Now i have 2 left over, a big one and small one. I have a good idea where they go but want to make sure.
Also how to i pry that stock plastic bushing out? you dont use that anymore with this shifter right?

Did you get the cooper s one? That is the link you showed us. I would not bother with that shifter if I was you. Just get a BMW one, like a z4 or z3 shifter. Much easier and has a good feel. Do you have any better pics of what you have, like maybe some of your own pics?
