i was a claims adjuster till last month. The phrase "bad faith law suit" normally sparks a fire under their asses. Also a letter to the department of insurance will make them have to prove it was not the error of the insurance company(branch and corporate.) And don't worry about the # of claims filed if it was not your fault. i've had insured's with 30 claims in 5 years. pm me with any questions.Your signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.
