That's old Mike K's car correct? Good luck with getting her fixed. Tow it to your own garage but looks driveable.

bring it to your place take apart the front and prep it for a body shop to put a new core support in.. get a used one IF and only IF you find a body shop willing to work with it.

      best of luck,

or you can try to straighten it out, but it will never be quite right.

Judging from those pics it wont need any frame time .
Also really no need to put on a rack to get the core support in .

But if you can't handle welding a new one in then let some independent shop handle it .

On the subject of the accident -

Did you have any verbal exchange with Impala driver? If not, you might luck out & get them to pay if they just downright left without saying anything.

If you did talk, then yeah - you caught a break. If he's on the road with a suspended license or something, then he's at fault.

Don't know if you want to hassle with all that though, since a core support & a few bolt-ons isn't too much work.

Just putting out there the concept of him being at fault if there was no verbal exchange.

It's not how you handle the good times, but the faith you keep in the bad that defines you.

There was none, but I think it's probably a risk we don't want to take in pursuing it. I'm thinking a gloss black roller paintjob while it's in the garage. Perhaps I should start a new thread for ideas on the rebuild process?

Just let me know. I've got a car I can pull one off of right now. I would probably end up cutting the whole thing out and leave part of the frame rails attached to it so that when you put it in/cut it where needed, then you can do that instead of having not enough of the piece.

I'm thinking I'll go ahead and take you up on that, depending on price and whatnot. Over the next few days we'll be making a parts list, so lets hold off on shipping it for now while we figure out what else I may be able to get from you.
