Idea For Color Scheme...

Im sure this has already been covered. But here is my idea of what I think would look sweet for my mods coming up shortly. My Car is Zinno red to start it off....

1) Black out all windows
2) Shadowline everything (current)
3) French Fogs
4) Gold centered BBS or Konig remembers
5) Maybe some german colored flag going where the motor sport flag would go
6) Smoked headlights
7) Black rear IS spoiler (current)

Basically making everything red, black, and yellow.

Or doing the same, but keeping the fogs clear, getting some silver Kopis, and throwing a polish colored flag where the Motosport flag would be (Yes Im a pollock). Making it red, black, and white.

Ive seen this done to a certain extent a lot, and Im sure its considered played out. But I dont know any real ideas that are unique. Let me know of something else I could do thatd be cool, and not so every day E30-like. But FWIW, theres not many E30s that arent daily beaters in my town.

The lowtec springs are on order too, so the 4x4 look wont be a problem fo rlong. But heres a pic:

Id also be going with some smoked turns on the front, or just black em out all together. Along with probably an infinity lip on the front, painted black.

If it was my car i'd,
1: put a yellow and black pin stripe on it , thin yellow top stripe and the larger bottom black stripe with the 1/16" to 1/8" of body color between them

2: gold or silver center wheels like you said

3: chrome kidneys to match the lip on the wheels,

4: maybe the smoked headlights? Smoke the side lights and front turn signals

5: Red "is" or rieger lip with a splitter

6: french fogs or leave them clear and get yellow bulbs?

7: maybe paint the brake ducts black??

smoke all lights, is air dam, tech1 rear wing. i 2nd the idea of the pin stripe. sorry but the hood flag trend has ran its course i think.

the pin stripe idea is a great idea I never thought about that one. The service writer across the way at Nissan pinstripes real nice. Thanks for the Pshop ivo. Definitely not yellow headlights, and I think the flag doesnt set well with me.

I also didnt think about painting the brake ducts. That seems like thatd be pretty of an idea.

If going with the black and yellow pinstripes, I definitely want french fogs I think. I guess I gotta go DL a copy of photoshop lol.

I like the pinstripe idea, but I would put the black on top and the yellow on the bottom and make the colors all the same size.

With Pshopping it myself a little today. Im leaning towards keeping the grille black, fogs clear also. And putting a black and white pinstripe down the side, and going either just Kopis or some RS with black centers. Though with that, the chrome grille, and chrome trim may look better though.

Yeah, thought about that today. Thatd probably be cleaner, and more with the theme.

I think Im gonna play it safe, and go with something I wont get tired of so easily. Smoked lenses heads, tails, and turns. Reiger lip on the front probably. With smoked fogs.
