The problem: My clutch takes next to no effort to push down...it is extremely soft(softer than 95% of E30's I've felt). There is really no clutch feel at all...the only reason I know it engages is because the distance from the floor to the engagement point is in my muscle memory.
I understand that our clutches have no return spring, they simply return on account of fluid pressure, right?
My question is, by the above logic, would bleeding the clutch potentially increase pedal effort and give me a more "positive" feel assuming there is in fact air in the system? Or does this issue sound more like a wearing pressure plate?
Added notes: Master cyl and slave cyl replaced 30k ago.
