new thread or sticky needed (o moderators)

well, in this day and age of easy shopping there are a few who do not comply.
and
a simple ban would help, but also should there be a compiled list of the few who do simply do not comply w/fair trade (as in your for sale room, the mtech kit thread was a deal gone wrong.

i propose a sticky or entire thread/room dedicated for the users who are
1. deal breakers
2. new (and should only be considered a risk)
3. proven.

this would make my mind a bit easier.

my image is a single post kept by the moderators with the list of each catagory. Simply for reference.


plus, it would be a list of every user on every board. craigslist, ebay, etc.
simple as possible so one click and your there.

if it goes into room form, keep one sticky while the world fills in the rest.

I'd only highlight the rotten sellers. Not the new or safe ones. And not after only one complaint. A comitee of moderators must also weight each side of the story. And what about the bad buyers? They do exist.

On sites like s14.net, a guy who has screwed up will have his nickname changed for everyone to see. Per exemple, one guy's name was changed to "I eat cum", and another one's was changed to "Don't do business with me".
