Is this kit worth the money or what?

My friend who just bought a eta sent me this auction and wanted me to find out if it's legit or what. I don't know much about turbo systems aside from basic principles, but i'm pretty sure making 400hp with this is quite a bit of an overstatement.

      He states,

      "If setup correctly..expect around 350 - 400+ hp"

I guess that includes getting another turbine :)

Well, I suggest he sets his reserve just a tad lower. No one here in the e30 world would pay 3500 for a used custom built turbo kit.

Nope. It's basically non intercooled with a huge restriction that they call an intercooler. I doubt that turbo could support more than 250rwhp at best. There seem to be many good parts but they are all used. Why did they only run it on the car for 2000 miles?

Hey Greg, how was the drive home?

Nice and quiet, went out and turned some fun miles on CT's smooth roads. Got hate Mass pot holes.
