The air dam is held tighty to the bumper so maybe you referring to gap as there not being any fog lights in it? Or maybe gap as in the huge lips on the type a's?

Well, last I checked the 5 lug e36 dsII's won't mount up to the stock 318i suspension I have not swaped out yet. I have been trying for some time. I even went down to some local hokey hole-in-the-wall-ghetto-ass tint shop, and like they always do they told me to get adapters.
