You on the other hand, can't come up with any arguments, and, instead tried to discredit my intelligence. BRAVO, that's so original... Nobody has ever done that before.

I sold my e46 when I noticed every other 16 year old kid was driving a slush-o-matic e46..

But just to entertain you, I owned an E46, and I've been to the track. And they do handle well.. that isn't the point.

    You brought up the e46..........fail

back to the topic on hand.

Among the 2, the X3 seemed a lot more "natural" to me due to its smaller size, but the X5 isn't TOO big in my opinion. I felt that the X3 would be a better DD simply b/c it can navigate traffic easier, and will be cheaper both price wise and maint. wise in the long run.

you are such a tool. Did you not read his post? Have you EVER been to a track? The e46s are fucking AMAZING on the track. Learn your shit before you post dumbass

You are correct. As a matter of fact, I do drive a Toyota back and forth to work. I'm not a hypocrite, my friend.

You are a class A dumbass. Go hug a tree on your walk to work cause you are too good to stoop our levels and drive a classy car.

Do you mean to tell me that the Nina in accounting needs a Jeep Gd Cherokee? She has it because that bitch in receivable has one, and she can't drive a status symbol any smaller than that. She also got a boob job for the same reason.

Here's a question for people that "need" a large vehicle with a 10,000 lb towing capacity: move a 10,000 lb couch lately?

It costs $100-200 to rent a uhaul if you need to move something on occasion.
$50/day to rent a minivan if you want to go out of town with your 6 guests from out-of-town.

Hey, if you work in construction, you indeed need the proper vehicle, and this rant isn't directed towards people in this category.

An e46 is deff superior to an e30 on the track. The e30 is light and that helps a LOT but the e46 has a lot more power and has a far better suspension.

Yeah, I'll give you that..it's a nice ride. I was very dissapointed with reliability. I expected more from bmw, but given how complex cars are nowadays (electronics, etc.) it's difficult to put together a long-term reliable car. My 5 year old e46 sprung an A/C leak inside the dash. That was going to cost me $2500 to fix.

However, I'm flaming SUV's, not M3's. However, SMG is blasphemy.

    You mean like the E21 320i, the e12 528? The e30 325e? The E39 525i? The e28 528? 518? Those "uber-sporty" dogs?

Get a 3.0 X3, great little SUV, probably one of my favorite choices for a BMW DD right now.

got an 204 x3 2.5 and have not had any problems except for a bad temp sensor since I had it. Feels and drives like a sports car and it has just as much space as an X5 and avg 26mpg on a 1100 mile trip

personally, i hate SUV's, especially BMW or other "luxury" ones. To me BMW has always meant performance and handling and i always tihnk if them as sports cars.

Not to mention i always see poeple driving those big ass SUV's with just 1 perosn in them and then complain about gas prices as they do 90 down the interstate(dont get me wrong, i like driving fast too)

Also, as a side note, my family owns a suburban and a dodge ram 3500 duelley, lol. Both off wich we typically load down to the max.

ANd like i said before, i am predjudace against SUV's, lol. So if you are really set on getting one, dont listen to me, lol
