    Unclaimed paypal funds

A customer claims that he send me $90 to the correct address paypal address and that "I have not claimed it"

It is NO WHERE in my paypal account (checked 5 times)...

Can he cancel the payment on his end?

BTW, this was a payment from europe, England I believe.

I'd suggest canceling it and trying to resend and be absolutely sure that he sends it to the right address. It's not going to hurt to try.

Tell him to contact Paypal himself and get the transfer cancelled. See what kind of excuse he comes up with.

Since were on the paypal subject. Quick question. Im kinda sorta new to paypal. Actually ive had my account for a while now. Anyways. I only use my paypal to make purchases. But this time I sold something to someone and they sent me a payment via paypal. I see the amount sitting on my paypal account. How do I transfer that money to me? do I have to add my checking/savings account to paypal to have the funds transferred? or can I move the + balance to my credit card on file? right now i only have a credit card on file for paypal. Thanks guys.

          Paypal>my account>transfer funds

You can send it to your bank, request a check, or get a PayPal debit card and access it with that.

If it's "waiting to be claimed" he definitely sent it to the wrong address.

i know i have to accept foriegn money transfers in paypal on a one by one basis. This is because the money comes in in euros or £ and payapl asks if you want to transfer it to $s or leave it in e/£.. make sure you are viewing the last month+ of transactions, it can be tricky.

He sent it to the wrong address. I've had the same thing happen. He can easily cancel it from his account online.

                  Another PayPal OT...

I want to get an account, I have stuff I'd like to seel also, Do I just get the personal, or do I need the Premier? If I sell an M10 distributor, or something, and I want the money to come in I need the upgrade to Premier for two way fund transfers, right?
