flat tire - leave it till the am or a jack?

50 feet from my house my car started pulling right - instantly knew I was going to have a flat.

Get out to a Psssssssssssssss sound on passenger's front.

Question: can I leave it deflated overnight, or should I put a jack under there?

    It's a 225/45-16 falken I believe

The tire will be fine, just dont drive on it like that or you'll risk eating up the inner lining.
