    rota mags on E30s??

i hope i don't get egged by asking this, but are there any ROTA mags that would look good on E30s? ROTAs are cheap here in the philippines, but they are good quality mags that are fitted mostyly on japanese cars.

    check out the link,

http://www.rotawheels.com/formel.htm Those are the best wheels for E30's of the litter, in my opinion. Will need spacers, though.

I owned some Rota's before. I had the spoon look alikes on my CRX. You cant beat the price. They are light 14lbs or so (4 15's), pretty strong, and really cheap. I think I paid $700 for all 4 with tires.

the only problem is you would need spacers which would make it another $150 on top of the cost of the wheels... they are nice, and i really liked the formals... how much is a set of those in 16"?

But you want around 20-25 when you go a bigger size, and to fill that gap between the fender and the wheel itself...

EDIT: Does anyone have pictures of Rota's on E30's? I've never seen any actual E30s with them....

16x7 et35 should fit and if not then you can take an old pair of rotors, have the actual rotor part machined off so all you are left with is the hub, and [emeril]bam[/emeril] you have some 8mm spacers.

rotas for my civic (spoon replicas, 15x7.5) cost, after peso-dollar conversion, a mere $200 for a set of 4 :D, brand new!!

here's a pic of an E30 with spoon mags.

i would estimate that 16in formels here cost around $250.. i really don't know how much it would cost to ship them to US. we're talking 4big boxes here..

good thing i put a disclaimer on the pic :) thanks bill!

Thats the offset. There are two I guess. Ideally, the smaller the number (which means the closer it is to the outside fender), the better. If you go too far you'll be in trouble. A wheel with a offset of 20 or 25 is great. So you might want to get 10mm spacers....

Hope that helps. If you have any questions just ask. BTW- Could you maybe figure shipping from there? I'd buy those to save money...
