stripped valve nut/bolt

well....
my valves were in need of attention for awhile so i thought that would be a good little project for today. As i turn the first nut to loosen it, it keeps the same resistance as i loosen or tighten it. So i tried all the others, they loosen fine. so basically i think the nut/or bolt is stripped. any ideas to how i can get that off? i have a replacement in the garage so, destroying the bolt wouldnt matter.

Cut it off with a dremel.

For the valve cover?
