What did your E30 do you to you today?

My e30's exhaust manifold burnt the crap out of the backside of my hand today.

After 25mins of spirited driving I decided to check to see if my car was leaking any oil from my relocation thing and I thought it would be a good idea to rest the back side of my hand against the exhaust manifold.

na jk, but it reminds me of that Cadillac commercial when they say "when you turn on your car, does it return the favor?" Great line.

Somehow managed to kill its alternator on the drive to work. Thank god I work at an auto parts store. :)

reminded me that it's time to change to 10-40 for winter. apparently 20-50 gets really, really thick at 30F.

                              1) Put on the 14" steelies w/ all-seasons for winter (now I roll smoking hot hubcaps :D ).
                              2) Used the dremel to cut mounting spots in the sideskirts for the jack.
                              3) Fixed mounting of the passenger sideskirt.
                              4) Started layering trunk with sound deadening.
