Big surprise here. So you are in Miami, should be there in mid february because a friend of mine that it's from Florida studied half year (this year) and met him by BF and we became good friends, he it's in Boca Raton I think . How goes all over there? I see you got a 89' ha! That's cool...where it's your old 89 German M-Technic II e30? Keeping it in familly still? The e46' are nice rides but nothing like our lovely e30's!

Today was tuning my 325is turbo..where are you comming back? And how the heck did you recieve that phone call from Peru asking for a e30? Maybe the guy thought you had your ex e30 with you?

Yes , I moved almost a year and a half ago..I got married, peruvian too jeje. You're coming in February, cool, I have the same nextel number so gimme a call, maybe I can setup a small meeting with other E30 guys.

Unfortunately, I had to sold my Mtech....I sold it to an uncle, so I can buy it back... but the bast**d sold it to a higher bidder, and now I lost it. The first thing I will do when in Lima, is to find the actual owner so I can buy it back...

How I received that phone call? When living in Lima, I post a for sale classified in a web page offering my brother's 320i E30, with my nextel number on it. He (the producer) saw the ad and call me, the weird thing was that the ad was posted almost a year ago :crazy:.!! Anyway, he told me that he was desperated to find an E30 4 door ( I offer him my ex M-tech, but he didn't wanted), so I call some friends, one of them had a bronze one with a fresh paintwork..
I won $100 for getting the car, jeje.

The producers came to my shopp asking me if I had any e30 for thier production and mine wasn't available at the time. Looks like they found a decent stock e30 (almost every e30 over here are junk now). The clip came out pretty good and it's kinda fun the background music (spanish).

Funny, I just helped a friend buy a BEAUTIFUL '89 325is Wednesday night.. The woman starting crying when we were leaving (I made sure we got out of there quickly before she changed her mind).

haha, actually you can feel like in home, because "Primax" was/is Shell stations...but meh.

George, the chic that came to my shopp told the director was looking specifically a e30 or a old BMW from mid 80's....not sure why exactly that car but was a good selection!!;)

They offered me about US$500 for rent my bimmer but it wasn't available, altough if it were available at the time I would be refused. No way another person could drive my car, maybe if it was stock.

I guess so....but if it were stock hell yeah..she todl me where were the places for th shots and I know the roads there and with my suspension that low , my other "me" was telling me NO...they are going to crack something soon. The roads over here are crapp. Full of potholes and what not.
