I don't understand how you guys can kill your web browsing with a half decent connection. Seed better

Well it's not really by choice, I'm just saying that it shows my upload speed is averaging much higher than my download, and I have it pegged at a maximum on 10kb/s so I dont kill my web browsing.

You should be able to max your upstream @ 25 kb/s without too much browser interference...granted loading large images and flash-based pages will take a bit longer, but basic html-based pages should not be affected. I've got mine set at 30, and I've never had any issues.
