Door Seals - Has anyone removed/installed this before?

    Door Seals - Has anyone removed/installed this before?

    I'm not talking about the big furry seal that goes around the door frame but the skinny piece #8 on the diagram that runs at the top the window. It sits in this little tight groove on the door and everytime i try to push it in it pops back out. Any tips to get that lil' bastard in?

          put a little dish soap in the grove in the seal an then start at onw end an work it to the other. Also A FYI Astroglide works very well for this too.
