First Track Day (Streets of Willow)

Yesterday was my first time going to the track. It was a BLAST. Me and my JDM friends went out for a day at the Streets of Willow. Thought I could post some pics that I have.

How many people in a run group there? Looks like there was:
        A) A lot of green/novices
        B) no room to pass

There was + or - 20 cars in each session. I was running the beginner class B. The pics were taken early on in the day. thats why there isnt so much space in between each car. We were running instructor lead sessions at first, then all out by ourselves.

Wow, seems they run things differently in CA than here in TX. If you don't mind, could you post up a link to the group you went there with. I'm used to the color-based classing.

streets is probably my favorite course at willow. did you have a transponder? curious what times you were clocking. I think im at the 1:32 mark w/ my 240. yes, that's slow.

It was a lot of fun. Im going to go again for sure. Im running H&R Race w/ Bilstein Sport Shocks. 14" weaves wrapped in Sumitomo HTR 200 (205/60/14) with 15mm H&R Hubcentric spacers all around. I can see how this can be addicting.

I went to Cali Speedway to support a good friend. It was the Rolex Series configuration with part of the oval. I went as a passenger for 2 runs. Pretty badass if I do say so myself.
