Make sure you only pay attention to my car, since I don't know the suspension setups of the other cars. :D

Hey thanks a lot. Your car looks great! How is the ride with the H&R sport springs with the HD's. Any problems? Are the shocks/struts holding up well? thanks

If I'm not mistaken, the HD shocks are meant for a taller spring.

HD's are meant for stock height springs, sports are meant for lowering springs. Be certain you buy the right ones.

I know that the HD's are meant to be used with stock springs but i am already riding on HD's and i just purchased the H&R springs. I wanted to know if anyone had any problems regarding the HD shocks/struts. Would i have to worry about them failing.

I heard they go bad about 5-10K after. I could be blowin smoke though

Ride is fine, suitable for daily driving on above average roads.

I drive it 60 miles almost every day on all types of road conditions and I'm happy with it.

I think you'll be fine, it's just that the stroke of the piston isn't optimized for lowering springs, or at least that's what I've read. I believe the damping abilities are the same on both, it's just that the sports have a shorter body.

                    Bimmerista, love your avatar. :D
