I tried searching around here and a few other places but couldn't find this specific problem..or maybe I just didn't look hard enough.
I recently did a plastic bumper swap, and as you know the turn signal housing is different from the metals to the plastic bumpers, so I broke apart the plugs and plugged everything in smoothly on the new turn signals.
Now..all turn signals work great in blinking at the correct interval, but my front driver-side turn signal will not act as a running light when I turn the lights on. And now, my rear driver side tail light is out. I checked the fuses, and replaced them accordingly, including a fresh tail light bulb, and it still goes out and shows up on my indicator panel by the rear-view mirror.
I'm certain the turn signal and tail light should be on different lines so that if one goes out the other won't go.
Anyone have any input? Hope this isn't too noob of a question, but I do not know how much longer I can go without getting a fixit ticket from a cop.
Any info is greatly appreciated!
