How do I get sand out of my intake manifold?

I sucked a bunch of sand through my engine to port and polis....just kidding. I was sand blasting an m10 manifold and blew through the tape. Now I can't get the sand out for the life of me. I've sprayed all kinds of shit in there - dish washed it like 5 times - but there's still sandy grime on the inside. Any ideas?

attach a shop vac to the inlet end, cap off all but one port and spray in some various cleaners while blasting open port with compressed air. repeat in opposite direction as well.
i dunno, thats what i did with throttle body cleaner to clean out grime. worked pretty well.

or dont worry about it and let the grains polish the cylinder walls :)

Goto walmart and pick up a big bottle brush. It will reach up into the runners no problem.

carb cleaner. It got metal shit out of my exhaust when I ported it(moto engine).
