air moving over the shape of a wing is what allows a plane to fly. not wheel speed or engine thrust, these are just means of getting the air speed to be fast enough. if the conveyor belt was in a wind tunnel, then maybe it could fly.

there wont be any lift! thats impossible for it to take off without lift. if the planes forward motion is equal to the conveyors rearward motion the plane wouldnt move. thrust isnt what make a plane take off, its what is used to get it to a speed where the aerodynamic lift can lift the plane of the ground,

I think the conveyor is the weak link here, and the wheels on the jet would be moving so fast, with so much power, that the conveyor would come unbolted from the floor and will be launched somewhere between 100 and 400 feet behind the plane.

At that point since the plane will be on real ground, it can take off.

the only thing that would hinder the plane's forward motion is the drag caused by the wheels on the belt. The thrust would overcome that.
