DONT buy a audi! those four rings stand for the four puddles of fluids that will be under your car every morning. an audi will kill your savings account with random electronics failing.
i'd go with with a e39 or a e46 or manual and the wagon if you can find it. (haul kegs! fold down the seats and crash in the back! hell if you get lucky and find a drunk chick get laid in the back!)

ballin, yea i would never consider an audi
i used to have a 90 mercedes 300te (wagon) that thing was cool but ugly white/navy, if i could find another with low miles i wouldn't mind driving that.Comment

Try an E31 with a V12 or V8. There are several floating around in your price range with low miles and manual trans.

Dude, stay away from a nice car at college, it will get fucked with. My college car was a 99 Corolla, it went into the body shop once because two guys were fighting near it and one got slammed up into it, as an added bonus there was even blood on the car where he hit it. Cars got kicked, ran into, etc. constantly and it's pretty much par for the course. Drive your shitbox Mercedes or worst of your two E30s to school and you'll be glad. ive had my car keyed numerous times and my tire slashed randomly on campus. Id be pissed if my car was actually worth anything

What the hell kind of shit holes do you go to that people key cars and slash tires? I can understand the drunk people hitting them and the general disrespect for cars, but not just random vandalism. Sounds like high school behavior.

Your gonna need a mini van as soon as someone figures out you have a car. You will do all the driving, and people are not going to respect it. They are gonna smoke in it and spill stuff. I think mine still smells like beer and pot. Parking lot brawls are common place.
