Looking for an Investment partner in the East?(parts car)

Ok guys I found a great deal on an E34 parts car in the East, all I'm wanting from the car is the engine and possibly tranny depending. I don't have the full amount to purchase the car so I'm looking for someone to split the initial cost of the car, and then once I pull the engine, they can have the rest of the car and part it out. Or I'll do all the work of removing parts and we'll split profits 50/50 on anything sold. I can house the car to do all the stripping. The one thing is the car is located in MD I don't have a vehicle to pull a trailer with but can get access to a full car trailer pretty easily, so Who ever goes in with me on the car would need to have a Vehicle capable of towing the car/trailer. And help deliver it to where ever it will be parted out at. If any one is interested and lives in the East and would like to make some money for a very low initial investment, send me a PM. well it dosn't matter to me I can Pull the parts I want load them in my car and leave you with the rest of the vehicle. I just want the engine and it's way to good of a deal to pass up but I don't have the funds (dang I need a job)

Although check out Chris and Jay Stock's thread, it's hard to part out E34's.

I doubt the whole car could be parted out but the seller believes the car is in good enough condition to be repaired with some suspension work, new fender, bumper, and one could toss a m20 in and sell it as a 525i. Plus it's in excellant shape according to the seller Black with Tan interior and he told me he was ready to shoot his wife for wrecking it. Garage kept and still in the garage with a master BMW mechanic doing all maintence and he said he has a good amount of reciets. I'd fix the car but for the price I can't pass on the m30 engine.

Ok well I found a local friend here with an E34 who said he'd go in with me on the car if I decide, but there is someone else interested in the car who said if I let him have the car He'll sell me a lower milage engine out of his Wrecked e34 for cheap. So I'll have to see how it goes. I've yet to email this other interested party but the seller of the car is going to send me his contact info. But If any one realy wants this car and has the means to tow a trailor let me know. As I still have dibs on the car :)
