    Gauge cluster Question

Would a 325i gauge cluster work in a e28 535i? I need to drive my parts car to my friend shop and it doesn't have a cluster. Dash fitment is not an issue. Thanks

nope, at least not without modifying the harnesses.

Damn, I guess I will just have to add speeding tickets to the list of things I could get pulled over for.

get a dash mount GPS... they tell you your speed, sure you could find one to borrow

Keep hitting reset on your OBC in ADV MPH mode...

              Or just drive slow...

Even if you did get pulled over, I'm sure you could very politely explain to the officer that you were driving it straight to a repair shop, and be fine.

Yeah, I'm not too worried about it. It would have been nice if it had worked, but it's no biggie that it doesn't. I know pretty much all the cops around and the trip is all back roads. The GPS idea is good though, I'll have to borrow my Dads.

Have you checked the wiring at the diff?
