I reninstalled Icq after a long time of not using it and everything people type to me looks like this "IIIIIIIIIIII" Ive reinstalled it tryin to fix it anyone know whats wrong?

Try using Trillian - no problems here.
From what I hear, the current ICQ version is bloated to hell anyway.
