M20 666 manifold

For me, I could not figure out any way to install the manifold with the studs in the head, so I switched to bolts. The oil cooler line needs to be bent to clear the manifold. The exhaust gasket needs to be trimmed to clear the turbo, depending on size. All these things are pretty easy to do.

Hardest thing for me to do was install the manifold w/ bolts. It would have been much easier with another person threading the bolts. Clearance is good all around (except for oil line).
