      Get Help

I have over 400k on mine, I replaced the HG at 223,831 miles. She still purrs , and I drive it everyday. Do not let people scare you in taking a motor apart. Get the book, take it apart slow and just pay attention to what you are doing ( no beer or 420 while in the engine bay). It is not that hard and you get to save a bunch of money and be proud of YOUR ride.:D

If you are afraid of taking it apart, just find another vanos engine and just drop it in. If you were closer I would take the other one off your hands.
