Well, the car will be putting down decent power later on down the road. But, i have decided to not go with the staggered set up.

i have a set of these rims. i run 255 in the rear 235 in the front on an e46. I can honestly say i dont like a staggered setup it sucks at handling. My next set of tires will be 235 all around.

          205 on a 10! WOW I need to see how that looks. I have 195 front on a 7.5" and 205 on a 9" wheel.

I think i am going to go with 17x8 in the front and 17x8.5 in the rear. I am looking at BFGoodrich KDW2s for my tir set-up.

Translation: I don't have any yet, because I haven't drifted it yet. But it's a drift car.

Onto the car. Love the paint job, love the wheels. But that staggered tire setup looks fucking stupid.

                                Proper staggered setups look great.

And not half of this forum will ever push their cars to the limit of breaking traction in the front or rear tires around a corner, so who cares how it performs? Honestly, if it came down to it, I side with the insurance companies that rather see someone understeer into an object than to spin and take out 4-5 more things with them.

I've pushed staggered and non-staggered tire setups, and I can say that on a simple staggered setup, oversteer and understeer still relies more on driver than anything else. Suspension setup is also key.

After my Homestead event, I actually prefer a staggered tire setup. I will be using 225s more often in the back now.
