Front Lip Spoiler, Front Valence, Whatever They Call It

    Hey guys,

When I got my 1991 318IS a few months ago, there was no front lip spoiler, or front valence as they call it I think... If someone has a picture of their car that would have the same front valence as I do (sorry, no M-Tech kits :( ), could you please post a picture of it? I'm only asking because unless it bridges the gap between the ground and my bumper a whole lot, I'm not going to spend the couple hundred on one.

Naw, it's OK. I'm going to head to the junkyard in a week to see what I can pick up there. Thanks though :) BTW how much should I expect to pay for one? How much would you sell yours for?

its 99.9% impossible to find am 'is' or even 'i' lip in a junkyard, people who send their cars to junkyards, most of the time, dont care much about their car, so the lips rip off and they never replace them. my dad goes to junkyards at least once or twice a week and he always scopes out the e30s and hes never come across one with a lip.

HAHAHAHAHAHA...wait...HAHAHAHA, u will never find one in the junk yard. i think i am the only person ever in the history of e30 fanatics to find one at the junk yard...and i got it off a complete 325is that was in the front of the yard, with some serious rear end damage...i think it just got there.

figure $140 with shipping for a new one, and $4 for bumper paint as they just come primed grey. Also figure $4.50 for ten new clips. Call BMA. They are almost exactly 3" low.
