so the car is idleing rough as shit, idles high (1200 rpm) and CEL comes on after idleing for a bit. Any ideas? I was thinking maybe an ICV?

Good place to start Also AFM. Do it when warm or cold or both?? If just warm might be O2 sensor TPS,. All the time might look for Vac leaks, the boot from the AFM might have some cracks in it, broken or rotted vac hose, leaking around the intake runners, I have done it make sure you oil cap is on tight.
