NEED HELP: Installing BEGI Fuel Press. Regulator

This is what the manual say:

"One of the two lines up and points directly at the screw in the center of the regulator. That is the siganl line hose barb( what means that is the signal? Boost Or vaccum?) The other fittingopoints in direction askew to the centerline, it is the fitting for the check valve(I assume this is the vaccum line). On occasions the regulators will not adjust to a suffciently low rate of gain. In this isntance, it is necesary to add the small restrictor to the signal line.( Measn that the little restrictor"mini fitting" need to be hooked in the vaccum or boost line? ).This is provided for your convenuence. The restrictor is non directional, it can point either way"

Well I quoted the questions in " ( xxxxxx ) " that where I don't understand, also in what case will I need that restrictor?

Thanks a lot for any help on this!

I'm putting this Begi unit on a Supercharger 4.7L stroker Jeep (Twin Screw)

diego the "signal" input is for the vacuum/boost source. Any place that you could tap for your boost gauge would work.

the restrictor should just fit inside the line that you run to the signal input.

Ideally, you would want to use the intake manifold as the source for the signal input.

damm!! finally a person who responded my main question!! lol, thanks!

Ok, so, the signal is the vac/boost line wich I will insert the tiny fitting in the line, but what about the check valve? cuz the Begi FMU has two little fitings as mentioned above, the vac boost in wich one must go and the check valve has to be hook up in the other fitting runing that one up to a only vaccum source? I mean before the pressurized intake, for example vaccum of the blower?

Will take pics and post here

well, you know your gonna need a fuel feed line too....you have the return line..wheres the feed line.

i was under the impression that all you needed was the signal line and the fuel lines?

Fuel lines are connected, that' not a problem, my problem still is those two fittings ont he Begi unit, I'm comfused yet about wich is wich, I'm almost sure one is only vaccum and the other is vac/boost. But still comfused... :?
