    Stuck drum brakes

    E30 has been sitting for a while and this morning after starting it in drive way and trying to back it out it wouldn't move! Drum brakes are stuck. E brake wasnt even pulled and it's not freezing even at night time... Is this common? what should I do about it??? please help

    rev it up to about 5000 rpm's then drop the clutch! that should make it brake free ;)

      well that's nice but I actually can't, the car needs to be backed up kinda carefully because of surroundings :-?

            Don't go crazy - just a few solid taps. The brake drum is like a "bell", you might go off of sound. Why do you think it is frozen? Rust?

              rust! take it all apart and clean it. i bet the whatchamacallit that spreads the shoes apart is stuck open.
