Personally i think this is awesome! Finally another shipping company to bring prices down! Anyone have any experience with them?

They shipped my cup kit. I was pleased with their service.

Did they buy out Airbourne Express, or what? Because the Air Ex guy is wearing a yellow DHL shirt.

I don't know if they bought them out or merged or what, but they are like the same company now.

So they're in the ground shipping business too now? I saw a commercial about it a few days ago. I wonder if they're cheaper than FedEx Ground.

Edit: I just used their rate calculator and they seem to be more expensive than FedEx Ground.

            pulled from their site:

"we've merged with Airborne, the U.S. air express professionals. So now DHL is as sure a choice for domestic delivery as it is for international shipping."

Danzas, an airfreight company owned by the German Post Office, first merged with another freight forwarder, AEI, then merged with Airborne and DHL, and the whole thing is now called DHL.

My wife works for Danzas/DHL. She used to travel to Germany a lot, wish she still did so she could get me cool parts.

Their prices are decent. I have a corporate account with them. I shipped an i head in a wood box from San Diego to Mass for $40.00 and it was there in 3 days.
