looks goood, I was just thinking of getting one for my iX. How does that thing mount on there? Does it just slide down behind those screw mounts?

you just kinda wiggle it on and screw the license plate on. it fits pretty snugly around the trunk release and plate light. i got too cocky and tightened the panel too high, i need to lower it slightly. its loose until you screw the plate on.

on realoem.cm they show a gasket and adhesive tape for it....which i believe i the correct way to do it

i got the panel for 35 bucks at bav auto, and the gasket and adhesive tape and all supplies thats listed on realoem i ordered from bmw for about ten bucks.

Both the pods and the plate trim look good installed. Although I think the polished plate holder throw it off...so send it my way for free.
