    It was already there when I bought the house... I'd imagine it would be in the neighboorhood of $6-10K to duplicate depending on what you wanted (ie: 220 service, water, sewer etc.)

    I just spent the last week cleaning my garage/shop . It had gotten out of hand to say the least. It was no longer possible to do work as you will see in the pics:
