been under the car lately?

So today I found the following vegged-in between my transmission Oil pan and the exhaust pipe.
I looked around but couldn't find any bolt like it around the trans. oil pan...and I have a leak there...SO any1 know where you would find this type of screw typically????

I would say it's about inch and half long....and looks like 8.8 is printed on top

it bolts your tranny to your block... (whoops)
