          ignorance...i clearly said i need them to be nice a low for track days and higher for street use, that is why i want an adjustable suspension. If all i wanted was to drop it, i would buy h&r cup kit used from revlimited's for sale forum etc.

                  No complaints about the front Ground-Control set-up, but the rear adjuster sleve is a very bad design. I switched to H&R in the rear.

                      True. I switched springs at the same time and opted for longer spring (the H&R adjusters require a larger diameter spring anyway). It rides considerably better than with the little peuny springs G-C uses, and sits at a not-so-slammed ride height.
