When my bro goes back to school, I plan on throwing my mom at of the 2 car garage and putting her in the other 1 car garage my bro is using. 8)

We should be able to get 2 cars in there with the lift installed, and probably an M3 under and M3 if it gets high enough. My car doesn't leak any fluids so it might be "on top"
There is a radio, but we will probably wire up some bose speakers from George and get a little better system. I have a mini fridge but I want it in my room, so maybe we will get another one for out there. The ///M will be incorporated into the floor *soon*. I am working a lot these days so maybe next weekend we can do it.

What a difference 5 sheets of drywall, 2 quarts of spackle, 2 gallons of epoxy paint, and 2 gallons of semi-gloss white paint can make!

Ellioit could tell you better, but I believe when the house was inspected it was determined to be 4-6" of rebar/(mesh?) renforced concreat....
I know - scarry having all that weight up in the air...but he's done his homework, and it meets specs.

I have had it professionally inspected and there is AT LEAST 4 inches reinforced with rebar. The lift post weigh 350lbs a piece!!! With a small footprint thats a lot of force on a small area, those things arent going anywhere.Comment
