Cutting exhaust downpipe...

I need to cut the exhaust to get a head out of a junkyard. One of the nuts is stripped. Is there enough clearance (since I forgot to size it up when I was there inspecting) for a hand-held hacksaw to cut the downpipe close to the exhaust manifold, or will I need a cordless sawsall?

Cordless would do the best job. I mean it shouldnt matter how much of the piping you can get you. im sure you can wiggle the head out.
