116K on the clock and plenty left to go. I put about 4-5K a year on this car, so I imagine It'll be around for a while.

I just checked on my build date, 1986-09-12. Mine must be a very early 1987.

Mine is not even 20 yet ... :( production date 9/90 = 1991 (black e30 below)

other one is not even 20 yet either ... :( production date 12/89 = 1990(calypso coupe in hiding)

Thanks for the birthday wishes. Unfortunately, I've been sick as hell (Walking Pneumonia) and didn't get to take "Sylvia" out for a top down ride in this nice weather.

I had planned on giving her a good detailing and to take a drive out Highway 1 to Muir Beach, or maybe to the top of Mt.Tamalpais early Sunday morning.

SF Bay Area guys know these roads and how much fun they are.

Her name is Sylvia because of the color (Lachssilber) and I also dated a German girl some years ago with the same name, so it was a good name for my car.
