Noob question: vendors, stores? places to buy stuff and newb intro!

    Hi Guys,

    I currently have an E46 M3. and I got offered to buy a CLEAN 91 318is

white on black. 157k miles, 1 owner. ALl maintenance record from day 1. clean car fax. ALL stock. It just needs rotors which isnt a problem

Im just curious. I was tyring to find some vendors or online stores that sell parts. SUch as:

    Bumpers, suspension, wheels, and brakes.

I am on m3forum and I visited all of our sponsors and only modbargains had a lot of stuff for E30s. can anyone show me?

I searched on here and couldnt find things. I still have alot of reading to do!

I want to learn as much as I can before asking a stupid question.

I understand the car is old so finding parts will be hard but please let meknow!

    JOn

And I will post pics when things get finalized! Im happy to be apart of this community!

      bimmerparts.com aka Zygmunt Motors.

The website is kind of clumsy, but give them a call. They are also right over in PA in Doylestown, Bucks County.

        sweet. thanks guys!

I was on the suspension thread and was looking. I think I narrowed down what suspension I want.

But now the front bumper (or is it called spoiler) is next.

Bill from Bimmer Clinic in NJ wants me to do an M50 swap (he says its plug and play)

Im so excited to start modding!

im new too, but these guys seem to have a lot and an easily navigated site, unlike bma.
i've only ordered 1 thing (wheel bearing) from them, and the service was good and fast. their prices seem competitive as well... at least as far as i can tell.

fap99.com is on the east coast, I order from them, usually received in less than 48 hours. Mostly for oem replacement parts

Here is a link here on R3v that already contains a lot of information regarding online sites for BMW e30's ...

Also see site supporting vendors that rotate at top right of page...

                    Hey Jon, welcome to R3V.

What kind of aftermarket stuff are you looking for?

It seems you are asking about performance parts for your new E30. If you are looking for bolt on bits for your motor, give up right now. Most guys say they would be happy to have 200 HP on the ground. I know, because I am one of them!

From all I have read, the easiest, cheapest way to reach 200 RWHP is doing a M30 swap. No thanks, although that torque is a serious drug.

E30s are apparently quite addictive. Enjoy it while you can!

                    Luke

Near as I can figure, Zygmunt sells everything except body panels. I always go there instead of the dealer for OEM stuff, and he is who I got the suspension and IE goodies from.
