Well, kinda. Anyway...

Hey man, Welcome to R3V. Looks like a great start. M30 from the get-go, huh? Sounds like a plan. Torque is good, torque is fun, torque makes the world go round and round and up and down. Any other major stuff planned? Do you know if that is original paint? Looks pretty damn nice for Lachs from here, in fact, damn near spectacular. Personally, I am not real hot on the black wheels (or kidneys for that matter), but it could be far worse...and besides, it is YOUR car, right?

Hey thanks ;) No not M30 from the get go. This is my second e30 and my third swap. I replaced the ETA in my 86 cause i bought it with a blown motor, then I did an E to I swap last spring in a buddies car, and now I'm looking for something a little more challenging and different! And torque does make the world go round! and i am very excited for it. Paint is not origional but i wish it was. PO had it repainted who knows when but its still holding up alright. As far as other plans, the M30 will be it for a while. Its already lowered, and i put a 2.93 LSD in. Im gonna sell the current wheels with tires if anyone is interested and replace them with a set of 16" miglias that will be powder coated black. I know alot of people aren't a fan of the blacked out look but hopfully by the time im done i'll be able to change some minds!

it does look like yours! yours is looking good as well, i have the valance sitting in my garage waiting for the snow season to be over. Mines black tho and seeing yours is helping me to decide if i want to keep it that way or not so thanks!
