    whats going on with KO??

    whats going on with KO Performance? i order a thermostat like 7 days ago and i still haven't got it, i try calling then and no answer what else can i do ?
    i would like to know the status of my order

    I talked to erick yesterday and today - you sure you have the right #?

      i got their number from their home page..and i also try that 888 number that is listed on that page.

        The last time i spoke with erick i was told that they are trying to catch up, Ive also got a part that im waiting for , but for the price i got it for its no biggie to wait.

          Javier,

          I mentioned to you this stuff is coming from CA. You have continuously PMed me a million times (even after I nicely asked for you to e-mail us, given that my PM is my own private message box) asking me for the thermostat you wanted and right off the bat I insisted that you get it locally as the prices local would not be the same as what I could do for you + shipping. You also sounded like you were in a big rush and I again reminded you this was coming from CA.

          You seemed fine with that.

          Yesterday we got all phone calls covered, incluiding any voicemails when we were on the phone. Today, I have seen only one Miami customer call, I spoke to him personally, and there has been no other voicemails. If you called once and didn't leave a voicemail, Sherwin and I were most likely on the phone busy.

          I believe you actually might have e-mailed us yesterday, but I still have not been able to catch up with that. This week has been super busy on the phones and we have been receiving more e-mails than we have been able to get out. And that's our bad, but we've been pretty booked as it is.

          Now, if you would like to talk to us about your order, I will be happy to help you. If I do not respond on time to your e-mail, call and leave a voicemail. Everyone seems to be fine with that as we always return the voicemails as soon as we get a chance to.

            i couldn't find the item locally,i was a bit worry my order didn't when through. but if you guys are busy i totally understand.
            is there a tracking number you can pm me? if not don't worry about it.
