Has anyone else ever had their tool box come in handy when something major ghey happened? Mine came in hand on the 318is when i seafomed it and filled the cylinders so full the car was on the verge of hydrolock. The deep spark plug removal tool saved my arse by launching the seafoam through the spark plug holes.
Has your E30 toolbox ever saved you?

LMAO I'm missing half of them too.. come to think of it, when my fuel pump shorted out, I could have used that fucking screw driver instead of pushing my car into a parking lot and walking home to get one

Brilliant deduction Watson...this has already been determined in another thread, back on topic. Aside from the massive 20+ sized nuts and parts that need to be pressed on, it seems the tool kit could easily remove 90 % of what is on the car, not including motor internals. With my luck the massive tool box would be a great addition to the car lol

one of my winter steelies were loose (I could hear it). I was in the middle of nowhere for miles and the only way i could drive was if I could tighten my lug-bolts.
the 17mm wrench saved my ass in getting home.Recent Rebranding!!

I had to use the flathead screwdriver once. My drivers sideview mirror had come loose and almost fell out.sigpicComment
