But i like my 18 they dont make them any more and I have been in 2 mags.

UUC switched to another model of Dynalite, still with the smallish 16mm thick pads. The gain in clearance is minimal. The caliper is still located 11mm too much on the outside. I did all testings with all versions of Dynalites and Superlites for the past couple of years. The Superlite caliper is still the stiffest, has the thick 21mm pads, by design offers the most clearance on an e30, and costs about the same as a billet Dynalite or $30 more than a forged Dynalite

So to me the UUC's are biger and less $$$ but it looks like they both have the same wilwood Dynalite 4 piston calipers. Can I get bigger rotors from massive or the same size UUC has 12.19? I am allso looking at the price what am I paying for from massive that UUC dosent have. It may loook like my mind is made up with the uuc's but that is just because they are less $$$. So inform me on what massive has to offer because I have only heard good things about lee and nothing about UUC.Comment

Massive uses Superlite calipers which are much stiffer than Dynalites. The Dynalite caliper (as used in RPI's, VAC's and UUC's kits) is the caliper that gave Wilwood a very bad reputation a couple of years ago, as many low end kits used them. I suggested to swap over to Superlites to several racers who were using Dynalites and they all told me about the huge improvement in pedal response and improved braking. Also, Superlite pads are 21mm thick vs 16mm for Dynalite, and much wider. Massive's Race kit uses extra thick 32mm discs, not 21mm, which is only for the Sport kit. Because one kits uses slightly bigger (12.2" vs 11.75") rotors, doesn't mean it will brake better if the caliper can't clamp it properly...

That's the Race kit with $70-$75 1.25" rotors. The Sport kit uses a deeper hat and a thinner 21mm rotor. The thinner rotor can be purchased in many "flavours" depending on what you do with the car. The base model for street use is the $40 UL rotors with straight vanes for light track duty, then a more enduring 0.810" HD with directional vanes and thick walls for heavy track duty, or 0.810" GT rotors with slots are available at a whopping $120... Ouch. At the end, the Race kit offers more bang for your buck.
Also, let's not forget that Massive also offers a rear kit with 11.75" x 1.25" discs if all-out racing is your stuff.
