    Am I wrong. absolutely disgusted!

    why doesnt the 80mm stud come with a allen key hole to install it???

    because then life would be too easy...
    they probably assume if you are putting studs on your car then you already have them and they dont need to spend the extra 2bucks to give you one.

        Because since they're so much longer than the 57mm studs (I assume that's the Vorshlag kit), an skinny little allen key won't give you the proper turning force to seat them all the way. You have to do the 2-bolt method of locking them down.

        Can I ask why you got the 80mm studs? They're WAY longer than needed for just about any wheels, unless you're running huge spacers.

          No, it's not that they're from China, it's because the force needed to drive the 80mm studs into the hub is greater than you can safely exert with an allen wrench without stripping holes or other nonsense. The 60mm studs they recommend only torquing to 15ft/lbs, but the 80mm studs you have to torque to 30ft/lbs.

          You can use the double-nut method just as quickly and end up without marred stud-ends.
