All weather floormats for E30s... PT.2

So even though I had little hope in finding all weather floormats specifically used for E30s, I finally found what I was looking for.

I know some of you told me that there are no such thign as an E30 all weather floormat, but I was able to get some from the local dealership.

The best part about this is that it was very cheap. The two front mats cost me only around $35. The mats are factory item, and fit great. Apparently they do not make all weather mats for the rear, but universal one should be abel to be fitted in the back pretty nicely.

One bad thing is that it only comes in grey... I wanted black, but oh well. Maybe there is some way to paint the mats... :?

It even came with hardware to mount them in position, but i didn't bother putting them on.

    here are some pics:

          PART NUMBER 82 11 9 413 155

if anyone comes across the same mats for the rear, let me know. As far as I know, BMW only makes the mats for the front, and only in the grey color shown in the picture.

Weathertech makes E30 all-weather floor mats. The fronts are custom, and the rears are a universal with sections you can cut out to get pretty close to a custom fit. They come in grey, tan, and black.

I have a set of these on my E46, they are great in winter.

BavAuto sells them, you can also buy direct at www.weathertech.com

They don't make them in an E30 fitment, only the universal cut.

These OEM ones are nice, but the gray would look really out of place in my car. Oh well. :x

I have BMW ones and they are black fitment is just fine. Great for winter trapping slush and crude. But won't need this year as I will be driving a VW Golf II or a Jetta II to beat up on.

but the paint would probably chip'n'crack pretty easily. The mat is flexible. But i guess there has to be some special flexible anti-cracking paint that i could use. 8)
